Expression of interest for PASSPORT PSP Workshops 2026
The PASSPORT Priority Setting Partnership (PSP) is entering its next stage. Following two global surveys gathering research questions and priorities from clinicians, patients and families across more than 60 countries, we are now also inviting people to take part in facilitated online workshops in September 2026 to help finalise the top 10 research priorities for childhood sepsis. These workshops are a central part of the James Lind Alliance process, and participants will collectively select the final priorities.
Workshop dates: September 7 and 8 (two half days, time TBC)
Location: Online meeting (Zoom)
Who are we looking for?
people who experienced sepsis as a child
parents or carers of a child who had sepsis
healthcare professionals with experience of caring for patients with sepsis (particularly in low to middle-income countries)
Note: Consumer participants will be remunerated $50AUD per hour.
What do I need to do at the workshops?
You should be prepared to share your experiences and opinions, and listen carefully to other people, in a series of small group discussions. Together, you will be helping us to make decisions about the top 10 research questions you think should be prioritised.
How do I apply?
